Data Processing

This app will take the data entered into the macro and transmit it to our app server. Our app server will then render the data into the appropriate format that is configured in the macro.

All data is encrypted in transit.

Macro data is only kept in memory during processing.

The data is not stored on disk, except in cases where it is logged. In such instances, the logged data may be kept for a maximum of 90 days on DataDog.

The domain sandbox.mmcc.atlasauthority.com will be the referrer of outbound HTTP requests made from within our macros when viewed by an end-user. This domain is used to protect against XSS within the browser between different users.

Data Residency

The macro data is stored in Confluence, the app configuration is stored in AWS (US), and the data is processed in AWS (US).

The logs are stored in DataDog for up to 90 days (US).

We are working to support data residency in other locations, but do not have support for it at this time.
