Start by going to a project where you would like to use Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud (NAFJC) and go to the Project Settings and then Notification Assistant Pages in a Next-gen project. Then enable NAFJC for the project:

Once enabled, you can configure who gets notifications:

At this point, you should disable the native notifications configured in the Project.
