Generating Logs

  1. Go to <Confluence URL>/admin/viewlog4j.action

  2. Put com.schubergphilis for the Package name and DEBUG for the Logging level

     

  3. Click on Add Entry

  4. Reproduce the issue

  5. Provide us with a support zip as outlined at https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html
     If you are using Confluence Data Center, we need a copy of the logs from all of the nodes in your cluster.

  6. If you have not yet filed a support ticket, file it at https://atlasauthority.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/1

If you restart Confluence, this gets reset and you have to apply it again.
