New step-by-step configuration will help you to configure notifications faster than ever.


Introducing new Email Template Editor in Notification Assistant for Jira 7.0.0. Now you can create great-looking emails to match your company style in the new drag-and-drop editor. Use the four pre-defined template themes and complement them by additional blocks (issue or non-issue fields, email message, footer, etc.) to create custom email notifications.


Start sending instant notifications with Send Email from Issue in version 7.0.0. The new feature is available for both Jira administrators and Jira users depending on the configuration. You can enable or disable Send Email from Issue for every project in Jira administration.


Include Attachments in your email notification. When configuring a triggered notification, go to additional settings and tick a checkbox if you need to include attachments from issues. For Send Email from Issue, you can upload additional files.


Manage your post function notifications with the Send Email from Post Function feature. Configure notification emails when setting up Post Function in Project Settings. No need to create notifications in the app administration.
