Send Notifications to Hardcoded Emails

Notification Assistant for Jira allows admins to choose whether to allow the use of hardcoded email addresses or not.

This setting is available at the bottom of the Global Notifications configuration and at the bottom of the Send Email From Issue configuration in the Jira Administrator interface. These are at

When enabled, this option unlocks the Email and CC Emails tabs under Recipients:

Please be aware that, when the option is disabled, the hardcoded emails are not going to receive any notifications, even if they are set in the Recipients. This includes custom fields that contain hardcoded emails.
