Import Email Template

Import and Export Templates

You can import your own hardcoded email template to the template editor. To do so, click on the Import button in the functional panel and write/paste your HTML code.

In the email you configure, you can use any Jira fields you like. Notification Assistant supports most of the internal Jira fields as well as custom field types such as:

When creating your own hardcoded email template, you can use both issue and non-issue Placeholders to show the actual values you want a recipient to see. To learn more about Placeholders, visit https://atlasauthority.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NAFJ/pages/1344733230.

Please note that we do not support editing imported templates at this time. Clear the content box and create a new template using our editor and customize it from there.
