Iframe macro not showing up

In case you have another plugin related to “content formatting macros” that also provide iframe macro.

And when you try to search for “iframe” macro, you don’t see the macro from the “iFrames for Confluence” plugin.

 Instructions

A possible workaround for this would be to:

  • Go to Manage Apps and expand the Modules section of the plugin from the other vendor:

 

  • Then disable the iframe module:

  • Once this is done, you will need to disable, and then re-enable our app.

This happens because the apps use conflicting macro keys, and there is no way for either of us to fix this without heavily impacting our existing customers.
