We’ve launched the Advanced Plan for Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud, tailored for teams that need full control over their email delivery.
What’s included?
The Advanced Plan includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus:
🔐 Custom Outgoing Mail Server Support
Configure your own Outgoing Mail Server to send Jira notification emails through your company’s email infrastructure.

Why upgrade?
By moving to the Advanced plan, you’ll unlock the ability to configure a Outgoing Mail Server.
This is useful if you:
Want notifications to come from your corporate mail servers.
Need better delivery control and compliance.
Want to align notification sending with your internal IT/security policies.
How to Get the Advanced Plan
1. Go to Atlassian administration page
Open and login to administration page https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Select an organization
If you have multiple organizations, select one where Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud app is installed and that you want to get the Advanced plan.
Or if you are an admin user of multiple sites, select one where Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud app is installed and that you want to get the Advanced plan.
3. Select a site where Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud app is installed
In the left sidebar, expand Apps → Sites.
Select a site
4. Find Notification Assistant for Jira Cloud app
In the left sidebar, click on Connected apps.
Search for Notification Assistant for Jira
Click on three dot icon
Click on Manage subscription
5. In Subscription details, click Change plan
You’ll see the app’s subscription page.
Click the blue Change plan button.
6. Select Advanced and start your free trial
On the plan selection screen, pick the Advanced plan.
Click Try it free (you get a 30 days free trial).
Confirm the change.

If you're just coming along and exploring Notification Assistant for Jira for the first time, you can also start with the Advanced Plan right from the Marketplace — just head to the Pricing tab and click Start free trial.
It's a great way to try out everything the app offers, including the Outgoing Mail Server, with no setup needed inside Jira first.
