On this screen, check the option: Enable outgoing mail server.
Then proceed to fill the required fields, as in the example:
After completing the fields, you can click the option to Test & Save. This will validate if the information is correct and the mail server is accessible.
We also offer a feature to Test delivery that sends an email from your Outgoing Mail Server to our remote testing server.
Below we provide samples of the tests that are applied:
🔐 SPF - Sender Policy Framework
Checks if the sending server (IP address) is authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain. Helps prevent email spoofing by verifying the sender’s identity.
✍️ DKIM - DomainKeys Identified Mail
Verifies that the email was not altered during transit and confirms it was genuinely sent by your domain using a cryptographic signature.
🛡️ DMARC - Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance
Builds on SPF and DKIM. Defines how email servers should handle messages that fail authentication, and provides visibility into unauthorized usage of your domain.
