Getting started

This process requires the user be BOTH a Jira administrator AND an administrator of their CRM

Connect CRM Integration for Jira to your CRM

  1. Go to the Apps section in the Admin UI and go to CRM Integration on the left side

  2. Click the Connect CRM(s) button

  3. You will see an authorization screen pop up, click Continue

  4. Then pick your CRM. Today, we support Salesforce, Hubspot, and Pipedrive. More are coming in the future.

  5. Continue to complete the authorization process and you will get back to the CRM Integration configuration page

  6. You will then see a spinning icon like this. This means we’re synchronizing your data and you need to wait until it’s done before the app will work.

  7. While you wait for this to complete. Please proceed to the next section which is titled User Sources. You will need to select which fields we will look up users for. If you’re using Jira Service Management, we recommend you use enable at least the following fields

    • Reporter

    • Request participants

  8. Once everything is connected you should see the following type of UI

Using the CRM Integration

  1. Go to a Jira issue view

  2. In the Details section, click on the CRM Integration field

  3. You will see the relevant individuals come up, and you can expand for more information

  4. And you can further click into the deals associated with these individuals:

  5. You can also click on the arrow icon to view the Contact of Deal directly in the CRM
