  1. Navigate to the Jira Administration panel and choose “System”.

  2. On the left panel choose “Incoming Mail”

  3. Choose “Add Incoming Mail Handler”

  4. Name your mail handler and choose “In-Mail Handler Pro” in the Handler section

  5. Choose the Project(s) and Issue Type(s) and fill out the remaining fields as you see fit.

  6. Choose “Add”

Note

You must have a valid license to enable a In-Mail Handler
