Open the Macro Browser to show the Tableau Markdown macro by typing entering the macro name in the search field confluence page or navigate to the 'External content' category and choose Tableau.

Open macro browser' option and search for Markdown on the search field.
Add or paste the Markdown content directly into the Markdown macro on the Confluence page.
If you want to stop the Headings from behaving like anchores, select the macro and hit “Edit”, then uncheck the “Render headers as anchors”.
