Manage notifications in your Jira and Service Desk. Use JQL queries or apply default Jira filters to create personalized notifications for a specific group of people. Starting from the version 7.0 you can also use Send Email from Issue feature to notify recipients instantly. The feature is also available for both Jira and Service Desk.
