Summary
It looks your iFrame macro has same name as iFrame macro in Adaptavist addon
Iframes for Confluence can’t be used along with the app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/247/content-formatting-macros-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overviewAfter activating Adaptavist plugin your macro is disabled and cannot be use. Can you please let me know on how to solve it to be able to use both addons?

Workaround
Go to <YOUR CONFLUENCE URL>/plugins/servlet/upm#manage/com.adaptavist.confluence.contentFormattingMacros and
Expand the 135 of 145 modules enabled for the Adaptavist Content Formatting Macro;
Disable the module titled iframe (xhtml-iframe)
Then disable Disable and re-enable our app.
