After you install Notification Assistant, go to project settings where you need to set up notifications and find Notification Assistant.

Disabling Notification Assistant
Log in as a user with the Jira System Administrators global permission.
Choose the settings icon at the top right of the screen and select Apps.
Go to Manage Apps and expand Notification Assistant in the User-installed Apps.
Click the Stop Trial button.
